    Ha before the video even loaded I was thinking I would Google “how to shape your butt without getting big/bulky thighs”and the first thing this lady said was how her girls don’t like to get big thighs from the exercises. Sweet..I’m ready to watch and learn :) (my boyfriend’s already obsessed with my bum so this will make him even more happy lol)

    my trainer has me using these Valslides for reverse lunges and pushups… amazing tools. and she also has me strap the resistance band around my ankles, and i take large lateral steps. do those too, i think you’ll be happy.
