hi i used to have a strongly visable 6 pack but it was weak then i started to put on weight but i made my pack stronger and now there is only about 1 cm of fat in the way i was wondering if anyone knows what is the best way to get my pack to show again

i have worked hard for a flat stomach i finnaly achieved my goal now i want a 4 pack im doing 50 crunches with 3 reps and 6 second breaks after i hit 25 do you think if i focuse more on my lower adbominals it will be easier to atleast see some of my abs? im aiming for a four pack but idk
