nice video, made me very interested to try since I have a gym membership. But my question is – can I do these routines even though I still have a fatty tummy? Or should I get rid of my tummy first?

  2. 2rcola16

thank you yelkaim1. i’m looking forward to trying these exercises out. i’m excited to since i weigh 203 lbs and trying to get down to 155-160 (all healthy of course). i’m 5′6″, alittle broad shouldered but too heavy for my frame. diabetes runs in my family (dad and two brothers have type 2) so i’m looking forward to losing my buddha belly. i love the bosu ball because there are so many ways to integrate it into any program. bravo to the inventor (s).

  5. 5MrSexxxy20

    I can get with this.

  6. 6dzydave0021

3 of the 5 moves will be hard for overweight and most of the larger individuals due to the extra bodyweight displacement… but this is a very nice program for intermediate to advanced trainees.. i will use some of these moves with my clients thanks and keep em comin…

  7. 7dzydave0021

  15. 15TerryCPiano

I got mine in gr 2, cause I swim, do all kinds of sports, and before I swim, I always work out a little, so about 50 sit ups everytime for gr 2. And now I’m enjoying them :D

  16. 16TheUch1ha

yeaa.. same here.. believe or not, i got six packs when i was in grade 4 :D
there was a fitness test which unclided sit ups.. and i like, sorta pused myself doin it and after that my guts hurt like hell.. the pain was there for abt a week.. after a week, walaaa… i was amazed myself..
so yeah, sit ups are the easiest.. :)

Just because your abs aren’t sore doesn’t mean that they didn’t get a good workout.

  18. 18intheorchard2

    go vegetarian

  19. 192phalanges

eat small meals every 3 hours. basically just dont be full. eat enough where your not hungry

  20. 20halogod666

Well i’m mostly concern with eating right. any suggestion?

  21. 21atlgville75

Love your videos! Just have a quick question. I can do all the ab workouts under the sun, yet my abs will never be sore the next day. is this normal? When i did this one, the were tired until the next morning, and then i couldn’t tell i had done anything. It is intense during, but not even remotely tired afterwards. what can i do?

  22. 22p4football

i cant see the video so can yall tell me the workouts.

  23. 23TerryCPiano

Just do as many it ups as you can! Thats how I got mine!

  24. 24akash2021

do you have any ab exercises that dont include
    any things
    because im limited to only…me

  25. 25yelkaim1

it will actually help you develop an 8-pack!

  26. 26mrbrockpeters

  27. 27fairyashi

  28. 28xxRosario

  29. 29hectorandrespv

im a man , is that exercise gonna hurt my you know what ?

  30. 30slowanlow69

    Scissor me timbers!

  31. 31bmmmar

im tired of these people in recent years saying that crunches dont work in order to target belly fat you have to change your diet as well cause your stomach is the first place body fat is usually stored and if you just change your diet and do no crunches you will just have a flat belly no abs so yes your right crunches alone will not get a siz pack but at the same time they are an important part and half of you havent seen your toes since 1983 so shut the fuck up!!!!!!

  32. 32tpstrat14

all that is bullshit…. if you are fat, start playing soccer or basketball… do something that you might have some fun with, that way, you’ll keep doing it. crunches never got anyone slim because crunches suck and you won’t keep doing them after a week or two

  33. 33GlaedrEldunari

it looks easy but I have a feeling it’s nowhere near as simple as she makes it seem, but definitely great description on how to do it

  34. 34justaoldslave

    What beautiful legs Amy. Thanks.

  35. 35nedved5000

not at all.crunches do NOT work off your belly.they just work on your ab muscles.unless you jog off your belly, you wont see thos ab muscles you have been working hard on

  36. 36MetalBen

i recently gained about 40 more pounds.

  37. 37bmmmar

if you are 270 pounds of fat you should try crunches until you work off the belly and then worry about these more complex moves crunches are easy for begginers and dont overwork your stomach just try to do about 50crunches 3 days a week then move it up to 100 crunches then move on to sets if you catn do 50 try 30 and if you cant do that your not trying lol

  38. 38blahman123x

    starving is an option

  39. 39Intricateshotz

my ab workout consists of 5-7 different exercises each for 45 seconds, usuall only 1-2 seconds break just switching to next exercise. as you can tell im not a beginner (not bragging) and was just wondering why you said only 6-8 reps. im thinking like 20-30 then a next exercise

    thanks
