    it’s not about being skinny and have abbs. you can be fat and have muscle and abbs, you need to be skinny so you can see them i am 13 and i am working hard on that and arm muscles

    @shaeferlc no only just started tho but you can tell it would work cuz wen you do it it burns and thats a good thing not a bad thing so if you are 13 going 14 id say u could try this but do like half the time off each

    I’ll recomend doing this atleast twice a day. Do every 8 step you can. I’ll do 50 of each one, but you have to remember to do it perfectly. What I mean is “test your limits” and then proceed further true the limits =P

    @messi10714 just make sure you do it twice a day when you can if you can only do it once a day do the level 2. cardio is also important, and leg exercises.

    Im 15 and im not joking this is probz the best Workout on youtube it burns like f*** but just dont think about it and you will be fine and the recovery you will defo need that so dont think your smart skipping that and if it dose not bur u ant doing it right so if u are 13 14 mabby 15 try doing them all about 5-10 times and you should be ok but 13 a bit young to do this id say just do somet like 30-50 proper sit-ups not 1s were you use your arms to pull up you cant cheat at this stuff !

    i did exercise for 2 years and i still have a fucking 28 feet belly so i decided to never do exercise again in my life im just eating and sleeping now
