In this video I talk about the two most important things that are required in order to get the six pack abs. It’s all about getting your body fat to a low percentage so you won’t have that layer of fat covering your abs. Everyone has abs, you just have to get the body fat low enough to be able to see them! ive subscribed. You have hit the nail on the head THE DIET. Its actually far more important than actual training. The correct use of vegetables etc in meals helps the recovery from extreme sessions but also helps you lose unwanted body weight. Thanks for the share your vids touch the essential benefits of eating correctly when training.

Either way though, the music doesn’t make much of a difference. Great videos though man, fantastic for beginners. You should make some videos for people that lay out caloric intake and p/c/f intake. It will help beginners realize the importance of nutrition. Cheers!

Hey man, fantastic videos. Two comments though, first you might want to stress doing ab exercises while burning the fat. In this video, you made it sound as if you should burn the fat and then work your abs, which is a bit of a waste. I wouldn’t want the viewer to get the wrong impression. Second, I think you should vary some of the intro/outro music you use. I’ve heard the songs in many youtube videos (The Outro in pcwizkid’s videos, and the usual theme you have in many videos)

Good video. One more tip for dieting is make it yourself and freeze it. You’ll notice all the crap and butter that goes into things like cookies or a good burger, when you should be putting in things like chopped parsley. Some simple recipes are all over jamie oliver’s website though you wont get as lean as you really want eating like that, it’s just a step in the right direction.

Thanks, this is true and great.. I guess I’m just too lazy to start this dieting thing, I rather just go to the gym and workout to get stronger and feel healthier and sometimes some cardio burnouts afterwards or at the morning with some glutamine.
I have a question: Is it true that powerwalks are better than jogging?
    To burn.

@pokerstud001 you mean the top 2 show more then the others? id say thats normal everyones abs am different, if you have got a lower enough body fat % already it must be because they arent that well developed just do more ab exercises.

  12. 12pokerstud001

@696TheDon696 Yeah, its defined down the middle and on the sides, but that’s it. I have 2 giant packs! Is that normal?

  13. 13696TheDon696

@pokerstud001 If you have a 5.5% body fat you should be able to see your abs at least a little bit already.

does basketball really lower body fat %? because i’ve been playing a lot of basketball in my life. i played a lot when i was like 12-14 and i was chubby then and ive been playing that sport for like 6 years now and when i was younger and i played a lot i still had a cubby stomach. it didnt go away until i actually started doing long distance running and more bodyweight training.

  16. 16pokerstud001

I’m only about 5.5% body fat, is that good enough to have a six-pack, or does it need to be lower?

  17. 17pokerstud001

@92tillinfinity Ok, but you’re just cheating yourself.

  18. 1892tillinfinity

@pokerstud001 I don’t know what you mean, because I’m not “wimpy”. What I am saying is that this is faggot shit

  19. 19pokerstud001

@92tillinfinity Yeah, but some “wimpy” guy with a really nice personality ain’t gettin any either, know what i mean?

  20. 2092tillinfinity

@pokerstud001 Look, all I am saying is this: There are so many meathead, nervous, shy, loser idiots out there who dont know how to talk to women. (I’m not saying im Casanova or anything). So what they do is, they go to the gym and spend years of their lives sculpting some body with low bodyfat so that they can impress women. Once a woman learns that you can’t keep a conversation and all you got is h4wt abZ, you aren’t getting laid. Going to the gym for strength and not aesthetics is the way.

Finally checked out your vid and overall i must say you have some very good advice and tips. Excited to see more. One problem is at the end when you mention “no fat” i can’t help but think how unhealthy having 0% body fat is. (also impossible). An average male should try to have about 10% total body fat to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Women should have around 20% body fat to keep their hormonal levels at a safe level. Just my two cents.

  22. 22pokerstud001

@92tillinfinity Wait, no! I figured it out! You aren’t very popular with the ladies, are you?

  23. 23pokerstud001

Wait, but im only 14! I think my metabolism takes care of a lot of the bad stuff you can get from some foods. Why should i change by diet so dramatically?

  24. 2492tillinfinity

    @pokerstud001 yep

  25. 25pokerstud001

@92tillinfinity Oh, then i guess you’re just a natural dick then.
