    Well, you should go to a physician. exercises are not supposed to hurt you that way. they may hurt a little, because you are using strength and all that, but ive been exercising for years and i know it is not normal to be that hurt by any exercise. i cant say maybe you are doing it wrong because it happens with many exercises. so, you should really talk to a doctor to see what he can do to fix that, or to see what’s wrong :)

    When i did this excercise, my waist above the knee I was balancing on like, dislocated and started hurting (I had to try and crack it so it would go back) Is that normal cuz it happens frequently?? And it hurts!! I get nervous cuz I’m thinking somethings wrong. It’s not just for this exercise but for others too…?
