    @ ouluvme2..i have new account so i go by this one now instead of 011919933.. I have a pear shaped body..so i have no love handles or like a chubby stomach..i have a flat stomach with small hips and then i have a bigger lower body..big thighs and butt so..ya

    @011919933 i have the same problem…and for us, also there are almost no diets or excersizes that really can show us results, cuz theres not much to change in our body

    I recommend doing thigh workouts on the weekends so you don’t have to walk so much in pain.

    Don’t think you would build much since it doesn’t involve weights or any weight at all. But I think you can buy these weights you can strap and wrap around your leg though.
