    i have started to do sit ups im not overweight and have an healthy weight but when i do sit ups my stomach kills and all day today i have been going lightheaded and i tried doing some today and could only do 6 because when i lifted up i went lightheaded whats wrong with me?

    Hey if you don’t have a ball you can use th arm of a chair or sofa, just make sure it’s not too hard. If it is, you can place a pillow over it to soften it up. Hope this is helpful!

    every other day routines are great for building muscle so your body can recuperate but non weight bearing excercises may be done every day. We want to tone these muscles not build them up.
