    Everyone has a different shape in their body.
    Some people even if skinny have ugly shaped legs, and other skinny people have good shaped legs.

    Depends on your parents body.

    im walking 20 steps which is one session and i do it 3 times with 10 (now 15 LBS)
    my lower body completely changed in just 1 week i swear.
    now my bums is more round and upper (like a C ass) and my legs are leaner,.
    with running and stretching i always had lean legs and no cellulite but never had a solid rock but and tights.
    at least give it a try.

    hey it is the best exercies for legs and bums.
    i have been running everyday for 2 years and do some stretching after and im quite slim (1.70, 50kg) but i always had problem with my tighs and bums (being flabby, loose skin because of lots of cardio referring to running) and a friend of mine recommended me lugeons.,

    Why do they always say don’t go beyond your toes with the knee, it is a hinged joint? Or is that only meant for people with injuries to the knee already.
